Shipping Within the United States:

At MS Peptide Co, we currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, California, New York, Oregon, P.O. Boxes, or any international addresses). Please note that we are not liable for any shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier-related issues.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend providing accurate shipping information and monitoring your shipment using the tracking details provided.

Free Standard Shipping:
We offer FREE standard ground shipping for all eligible orders over $500.

Delivery Guidelines:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, you may contact us at support@mspeptideco.com, and we will help to determine the next steps.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.

  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and shipped on all business days, with occasional delays during holidays.

  • Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Order Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, with a delivery window of 5-10 business days. However, times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and processing time, as we may have delays during sales or unforeseen circumstances, for which we will provide notification of delay over 5 business days. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and with shipping information, but cannot be guaranteed.

  • We value our customers and strive for the fastest processing and shipping times possible.

Preorder:

  • All orders marked pre-order status are typically in production and not yet in stock. These orders will ship within 2-4 weeks, or as indicated by the posted estimated shipping date in the product description. However, these times are an estimate and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and processing time, as we may have delays during production or unforeseen circumstances, for which we will provide notification of delay.

  • Payment is due at checkout to reserve your item. Preorders are on a first come first serve basis and will be honored prior to product restock.

  • Cancellations: Pre-order items can be canceled at any time before fulfillment, as indicated by shipping to customer addresses, for a full refund. Please contact support@mspeptideco.com to start the cancellation process.

  • Delays: We value our customers and strive for the fastest processing and shipping times possible. However, if production or supply chain delays push back fulfillment more than 30 days or past the previously estimated shipping date, we will notify you immediately via email with the option to continue to hold your preorder status with an updated estimated date of shipping or offer a full refund. If you do not respond to our delay notification (s) before order fulfillment, we will automatically honor your preorder status and ship your order as available.
